Front Marker light problem on the Kvan

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the front fender marker lights working in conjuction with the turn signals. The lights used to come on steady with the rest of the marker lights and then flash with the turn signal then go back steady. I have spent one whole day checking circuits against wiring diagrams and I am kind of in the dark how the front marker lights stay steady and flash with the turn signals with only two wires. The ground is wired in directly with the ground for the turning signals and they work fine. Has anyone ever came upon this issue?

They are lit solid when the park lights are on, then they flash on and off with the turn signal. They don't go bright and dim, just on and off.
