I used to swear by ceramics (mainly for the low dust) but after warping a few sets of rotors in short succession I went to semi-metallics. Still don't dust too bad and haven't had the warping problems

I'm running Powerstop Z23 Evolution sport pads with no issues. Braking was a definitely better after installing these.

I prefer semi metallic. Might not last as long but they don't ruin your rotors as much. Im sure its arguable lol but That's my experience anyways.

I just found the ceramic pads kept so much heat in them and the caliper, that's what kept warping my rotors (along with my aggressive driving). Haven't had that problem since switching to semi-metallics

What are you using for organic? I think the last pad set I ordered was Bosch BP52S which said organic but the box stated semi metallic.
They got used anyway.

Back in the day, I replace calipers hoses, new brake pads with metallic. I found that they had a lot of brake dust, and they would stick and grab it stops and starts replace the brake pads with ceramic much better. I had a caliper that seem to be sticking the only brake pads that NAPA had were metallic I’d like to braking power compared to the ceramic. However, the brake dust is 10 times worse I might go back to ceramic, but NAPA no longer has what are used to use. What are y’all think about The riveted, ceramic brake Send pads from NAPA
