Without an in-person inspection, I'm betting on the frame still being knocked over to the passenger side some. It can be hard to get these frames pulled all the way back over to where they are supposed to be since they are so floppy like a wet noodle. You have to make a pull much farther than the frame actually needs to go, because they spring back so much. To get any real movement out of the frame, it's best to make a pull with the front sheetmetal removed so that it doesn't get tweaked. So if the frame was straightened and the the front sheetmetal was all put on before finding out the frame was a little off still, most people will just choose to slot holes where needed to bolt it all up and fiddle with the bumper mounting to make it line up ok too.

So do you think it would be easier to try and shimmy the front clip over and just try to compensate? The whole front clip was off when he straightened it many years ago but there’s no proof it was ever back to 100% and the axle being offset wasn’t as obvious when I had stock wheels on it but with the wider tires it’s very obvious to me atleast. Dad followed me from work one day and said the truck looks like it drives straight down the road

It is also possible that the cab shifted on it's mounts in the collision. Then the bumper mounting was fiddled with to make it all line up ok.

I’m my opinion the bumper is about equal with the axle, so either frame is off or the front clip is off. I have had the front radiator support out like two years ago when I first started working on the truck. The drivers side of the core support is obviously straightened out… you can tell where it has been obviously smashed before. I was going to replace it but local scrap yard wanted $100 for one and a new one online was 140… I was a broke kid I couldn’t afford either at the time but if it would help now I’d do it.

That says 73-80 trucks, mines an 87, would that matter too much?

The sway bar won't make a difference in axle alignment. That is not it's purpose at all and serves no secondary purpose to align the axle either.

On a hard and flat surface, the spring shackles should be perpendicular to the ground surface. If they are both shifted to one side, then the front frame section is probably out of square.

Where was the damage back in '04 and what direction did the hit come from? Have you inspected how the bumper is mounted? Look in behind for tweaked brackets, body shims and/or slotted mounting holes.
it could possibly affect how body sway is presented.

May be me just going insane at this point and nitpicking but do the rear spring hangers appear to be leaning passenger side? Or am I just making my brain think they are because I want to figure out what’s wrong?

i change my vote

Is your axle offset passenger "too much" right? or which way? i dont like the look of your hangers. Your plates look twisted or almost as if the bottom was squished down for some reason and then that opened it up to twist
also brackets for fab/core support

get a pick and clean the threads and maybe use a file to fix bad threads, use high strength threadlock that is removeable ,

Well the old steering stabilizer I used “cross” thread locker so it needed a new one, this time the castle nut wouldn’t thread on so there’s just a regular nut on there for now so the truck is moveable. What do you want pictures of?

you dont need the stabilizer im pretty sure, but go get yourself new bolts from hardware store.
youre choice to use a prevailing torque(nylock or deformed mechanically nut) and matching 12.9 hardness bolt in the right diameter. if you want cotter still you need to drill a 12.9.. yeah prevailing torque.

Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong and why all my expensive ass grease is just dumping out of everywhere?

Also while adjusting drag link I moved the whole rear drag link, it’s torqued to 60ftlbs plus whatever it took to get cotter pin in so why does the joint move?
