The Flex plate flexes. In and Out. So there is supposed to be a small amount of movement available for the torque converter to move in and out.
It was the sound and no go in gear that had me set on a mashed pump
So should I remove the shims I used? 1/4" of play is acceptable?
And ya that's what I was afraid it was but I knew that torque converter was seated. Lol. Glad it was my own exhaustion this time.
