I bought the Big Blue Suburban and I've got my hands full. Anyway, it came with something like a 6" lift that seems to be all springs but I can't figure out what ****** springs they used. The front shackle angle is backwards like the spring is too short and the front and rear rides like a covered wagon. Here's what I'm thinking...
I don't think I need the whole 6". I think it would look and ride just fine on 4". I want to get stock 56" springs for the rear and do a shackle flip and install 52" springs on the front. I like the DIY4X stuff. They have what looks like a bolt on bracket for the front 52s and there are several descent looking options for the rear flip. Is this a good way to go? Spring lifts are so damn expensive I think there is may be a better way.
I'll get some pics of the current stuff later today.
