Fass Pump mounting

Ive got a 85 c20 6.2 diesel single cab. I've recently got my hands on a fass system off a 6.5 diesel. With my truck being a single cab, there's not much room to mount it on the frame rails. I was thinking about mounting it in the engine bay as there's more than enough room. However I was hoping to see some of your guy's fass mounts on your square bodies for some ideas on my end. Thanks

Best bet would be to send FASS an inquiry and see what they say. My feeling is they would say no, electric pumps generally like pushing more than pulling.

I’d think there would be room to mount it inboard of the frame or in front of the fuel tank.

I don't think I've ever seen a FASS or AirDog on an older non-turbo diesel. Is there a need?
