Factory oil cooler?

While taking my front clip off today I noticed my dually has an oil cooler that looks factory. Did GM ever have that on any of the squares?? the lines run back to the oil filter so it's for sure an oil cooler. The fittings and everything to do with it look stock is why I'm wondering if it's a factory piece.

Yeah, there were oem coolers. Never seen one that big but it wouldn't surprise me on a dually. My 'burb came with one but much smaller and a different style.

My '86 has that oil cooler, I think it's a smaller version on the '88.

yep iv got one too, if ya want to get it workin again or want any one part for it oreily sells the whole kitfor 150 lol basteges wont part it out for ya

Scratch that. They both have the big oil cooler like the one in the picture.
