I have a 1980 gmc with a 350. The exhaust is shot on it from front to back.

I have a 1988 gmc with a 350. The exhaust is in great shape and the truck is being parted out.

If i unbolt the exhaust manifolds from the 88. would they fit on the 80? If so do yall figure the ypipe and all would work under the truck also?

I would just go to a shop for a exhaust.. But cash is hellish tight.

as long as they are both 4wd, its a direct swap
the 88 manifolds might have airtubes, but just heat them up with a torch to unscrew them and get pipe plugs.

I plugged air ports in my manifolds with dorman emgine oil drain plugs for a 66 jeep and some red locktite.
