it looks like one is just saying 5.7l SGI(might be SGC?) 5.7 is 350. casting #14093638 returns a lot of results. looks like most likely, if it came from a truck, flat-tappet cam(not sure what that is, im no expert) and 4 bolt. not a popular choice for 383 stroker because of thin decks(idk what that is) and cylinder walls
1 piece rear main seal

Im not sure on this accuracy, but
"If its got 3 (?) cast in posts in the center of the lifter valley, then its a roller block. If it came from a car, they will be machined off on top, and have threads tapped in them too. Trucks used the same blocks, but didn't use a roller cam, so the finish machine work for those wasn't done. It can be done though if you want to."

"The 14093638 tells you it's a '86 to '94 350. If the intake manifold to head bolts are all on the same plane, tell the parts guy it's a '86 Caprice. If the center four bolts manifold to head are on a different angle (canted) from the rest of the manifold to head bolts, tell the parts guy it's a '87 Caprice." Guessing a small design difference for exhaust parts

The person who pulled it said it came out of a 96 Suburban. After looking at the 140893638 number it is pointing to a older model. The bolts are the same angle which is awesome considering i'll be able to use the stock manifold from the 86 engine.
