Rather large lug, looks like the right size to ground to the back of the passenger side head…
Just an educated guess though based on the size, that it’s covered in oil, and the length of the lead.

Rockauto has a decent connection of connectors, although their names don't always match the actual connector. Helps to have a picture of your connector to compare against.
