is there a difference in driveshaft length on a MANUAL transmission truck vs. and AUTOMATIC transmission truck?

im still thinking of doing the conversion on my silverado

That's a pretty tall order. It depends on a number of factors, such as year, which automatic, which manual, which transfer case, wheelbase, 1/2; 3/4 or 1 ton and on and on.
