Crooked ujoint possible?

86k10 axle shaft u joint drivers side. Installed twice now and very stiff and grinding/sticking. Passenger side was no problem. Ideas? Spicer joints.

Probably a needle layed over in the cap.

It wasn’t that. Each time I took apart, they were all in place. I laid one over to see what that looked like and it causes a very noticeable gap.

I don’t know what it was, but after 4 more attempts, I got it. I did notice the seals didn’t seam straight and I tapped them on further. I also switched to a vise to stay more parallel than the joint press I was using.

Looks like it's just the seal itself not fully seated.

Could the axle shaft be bend, twisted or machined wrong or is it ok?

I wondered that too. They are the originals with original u joints. Were rusted in and took a lot of force to get out. Read that the ears can bend
