correct thermostat for my truck

i have a 180 t stat in my truck and the heat is ok but would like better heat would a 195 work ok or cause problems?

And one more thing is a 195 t stat a OEM temp or is the 180 OEM temp can't seem to get anything out of the stealerships here

Rock Auto lists the 195* as oem and the 180* as an alternate temp.

195 is factory, and always best imo.
helps the truck run better too....carbed, diesel, or EFI.
