So I get in the truck to go get gas and have no resistance in the clutch. Get out and check and clutch fluid reservoir is bone dry. I just topped it off a couple weeks ago. Fill it back up and Start it up and work the pedal and have a little resistance, but no play off the floor before I start moving. Go to back out the drive and have no power steering at low RPMs. Power steering pump is new. Are these problems related?

I would wager either Master or Slave cylinder is leaking.
