Cluster Swap

I have a 87 V10 with the "No gauge" printed circuit. I tried swapping it out with a entirely new cluster and every gauge went the opposite way when I turned the key. Is there anyway to put factory gauge in without rewiring?

Bottom is the original cluster for my truck. Top is what I want to put in.

The connector needs re-pinned in the correct order and the appropriate oil and temp senders need installed. IIRC, you don't need to add any wires to the harness.

That's my other problem. I have mechanical gauges installed at the moment. So in order to fix this. I need to put back in factory sending units. And probably order a new printed circuit .
