[86wrangler]

Its my third squarebody first 2WD first diesel, and the best one I've personally had. 1986 Chevy C10 wrangler 6.2 diesel has almost everything you could get minus power windows. Im only the second owner its an old farm truck its mint with only 230,000 km and I stole it for the price I paid. I have big plans for it and can say with confidence I will own it for a long time to come.

Thanks its a cool old truck its parked for the winter, but I will snap some pics of the interior one of these days...I still have both sets of original keys plus an uncut set of the plastic GM emergency keys....It came with two sets of 5 bolt rally rims plus the original spare and about 7 center caps and 7 trim rings lol....The fella who had it and hoarded a lot of spare parts and pieces that I got when I bought it....As it stands I put a truxedo bed cover on it, and switched the dome light and footwell light to LED otherwise its as stock as the day it rolled off the assembly line cruise control dual tanks tape deck all works only thing I need to fix is the AC compressor is seized...

I plan to paint it, cowl hood, 1/2 drop, sway bars, tube control arms, frame brace, 350 TPI swap, shift kit, and converter on the 700r4.......lots of updating but other then the hood body wise its staying completely stock wrangler paint scheme badges rally wheels all of it I want it cosmetically the same as it was when she rolled off the assembly line the truck is my summer daily so driveability is huge

snooped your build thread old77 definitely gives me some drive to get my project started! Its gonna be slow going being an apprentice gas fitter leaves a bit to be desired with the wage! I have some ideas in mind though couple of cheap mods to do before next summer change/improve the look of the truck

Welcome Rylan that's a nice clean truck you scored. I would be tempted to B52 it in to a 4x4 but that's just me.
I live near Nelson, so we should connect some time. Good to have connections close by. There's a lot of squares and parts that come up for sale in your woods.
