Ehhh, I don't know that, that one is a good deal. It will be a Th350/NP203 Tcase. With the rust and missing a bed I think you can find better. That's a $600-$800 truck IMO.

Really? I thought all the 70's 3/4 tons had 205 t-cases? Plus it's got a full floater rear axle and possibly a decent motor and trans.

Actually come to think of it, In 73 ALL squares got NP205. Same in 80. Those 2 years, 73 and 80, that's all you got was NP205 in all models, 1/2 thru 1 ton.

But no otherwise. K10 and K20's from 74-79 with V8 Auto Trans got NP203's. 1 exception. In 74 with an inline 6 motor gets NP205 with auto or manual trans.
Past that 74-79 with manual trans got NP205.

So pretty much 73-80 with manual trans is an NP205.
81 up, Only 1 tons got NP205.

Not correcting you but k30's did also 77-79

I figured that went without saying, ALL K30's got NP205. Just saying, only way to get a NP205 from 81 up was to have a K30. To the best of my knowledge, there was no such thing as a K30 from 73-76.
