After cleaning up the circuit board as others have said to do with an eraser what was used to clean these up . Thanks in advanced.

Oh, and you can also "re-tension" those contacts. Just bend them out slightly to increase contact pressure on the printed circuit.

small piece of scotch bright or 120 grit sandpaper for a light scuff to refresh the metal helps as well.
