I had a similar issue on my 77 C10. I found my bad rubber line by jacking the wheel up off the ground, apply and let off brake so the wheel hangs. Then start cracking the brake hose fittings loose until you are able to turn the wheel. That should tell you where the obstruction is. I had a bad rubber after the T on the rear end. Since all the rubber is old, I changed all rubber lines to all 4 wheels... Good luck!

At this vintage, anyone serious about using their truck as a truck would change not only the brake system rubber, but the fuel system rubber as well. Minimum.

Well it’s looks like someone hired and alligator to try and swap the wheel cylinder at some point on this and rounded every single possible bolt and fitting, had to cut the bolts to get the cylinder out.
