that picture of your front core support mount and the one of the front cab mount is exactly how the back cab mounts have to be those steel cups with a rubber bushing inside or polyurethane ones.

I had to get some for the 83 I had, thought they were missing but found em later. I know lmc has them and somebody may have them on here used, which is where I got mines from.

That's a homemade body lift somebody hacked in there. The real kits reuse the stock bushings and just use a nylon block that's 3 inches for the lift.

The last picture in #13 shows the rear cab mounts, what I’m looking at in the picture #10 the bed is setting metal to metal frame to bed and it’s still looks higher than the cab. Just my thoughts may need a larger rubber on the rear of the cab.

ok now that I see things right that last pic in 13 if that has a rubber cushion inside of it then only option left, is shims to make it level with the bed.
well rubber or poly but eitherway if there's a bushing in that upper cup ... then as above shims

If those are new poly bushings you might want to see which one goes where maybe you have a bottom on top? Some kits have the same some have thicker and thinner.

why would you need to change fenders? Is it not a 73-80 like it's for a 67-72?

Factory Radiator support mounts look like this , the square one looks like a transmission mount bushing .

It’s the older style not like the square body and it has a notch for a Spare tire
