Big block Headers

Hello all, I have an 81 k304x4 crew cab and the previous owner installed a 454 in place of the original 350. I am in the process of adding an after market intake, cam, and headers. My question is are the engine towers the same on big blocks and small blocks? the cast iron exhaust manifolds set really close to the frame rails, just was unsure if headers would fit. Thanks

My K30 was originally a 350, the last owner stuck a 454 in it with Hooker headers and they clear just fine.
