I'm looking about having a guy build me a 350. I'm wanting it to put out about 400hp which is plenty for me. I m wanting to keep my pickup a manual but the three speed with granny low just isn't going to cut it. What would be the best manual transmission to go with. Its going to be a daily driver.

Daily driver? If you have the money to invest NV4500 is the only feasible way.

Its not going to be done until next fall at the earliest. I'm just thinking about getting the motor built and paint and body done while I'm at boot camp.
