best 10 Bolt gears for highway and low end torque

Jack the truck up by the meatball. Put a mark on the driveshaft and spin one of the rear tires all the way around by hand (i've heard two full rotations if you have posi, only one of it's an open diff, but I've never ****** with posi so i don't know for sure). Count how many times the driveshaft rotates while doing so. There's your gear ratio.

If the driveshaft spins almost exactly 3 times, you got 3.08s. 3 3/4 times, you got 3.73s. If it spins a full 4 1/2 times, they're 4.56s, less than that but a little more than 4 they're 4.10s, etc.

Not the most exact science in the world, but pretty damn close if you have absolutely no idea.

If you do have 4.56s and are putting in a SM465, a Ranger OD unit would be cool. Ability to split gears and have an OD.
