Bent vent window frame

So when the junkyard removed my newer vent windows, the managed to tweak the drivers side, i need to bend it back. Do i dare stick it in a vise and try to tweak it back?

I should clarify, it is the actual window track that was tweaked, not the vent window

You mean that the front channel run guide is bent somewhere in this area?

I would do it (try to gently bend it back into it's former line). What do you have to lose?

Pretty much right where it goes into the door. Obviously they didn't turn it upon removal and just yanked it out
