Bent bumper

How are you all getting rid of this type of bend in the bumper? I tried my 10K capacity cargo tie down strap around a large pine tree branch today an didn't even budge it. I don't need it perfect, just a little flatter/straighter. My next option is to use my strap and wrap it around the bumper and hook it to an aircraft tie down in the ramp at our local airport and pull it down. I tried to pull the bottom out and up today
