That’s a LOT higher than I expected to read lol
I guess I should say the city is under 30,000 in population lol. The dent is more than a door ding, but not huge or really bad.

The only person that can't do it is the person that say's they can't do it. Sure you will make mistakes, but you will learn from them. I had a MUCH worse dent than that in my square, took a day or so, but perfect now

without actually seeing the damage the prior posts that suggest a stud puller are worth considering. I have one and it's priceless, just watch your pulling effort.

Not enough reason to cut / weld.
Get the area to bare metal, work the dent, add skim coat, shape / sand / primer / sand / glaze/ primer / sand / paint.
