Anyone know trick to install a new (used) door spring?

Most parts on these ole trucks can be installed using enough beer, 3 ft crow bar and 3 lb. hammer. Key word is ENOUGH beer! Hope this helps!! lol

I looked for 2 days - I did - I searched - Im telling I did.

But, more than anything - thank you for finding that. Im going to try it this afternoon.

I knew you were talking about that dang wire spring. Yeah the only way I know was to take the hinge off, put it on then put the meat to her....uh, I mean put the hinge back in.
