anybody done a flush mount back glass

I was poking around on the internet and saw where some guys were selling a flush mount rear glass deal. anybody do one yet? I am very interested.

Dawn dish soap and a heavy duty plastic spoon. Have a buddy apply LIGHT pressure to the glass as you work the gasket, use this method for installation and removal as well. Go real easy and gentle, take your time.
