Ive heard of people taking the blowers off of the GMT400 (88-98) trucks and installing them into the 73-87 model trucks.
The reason for them doing so is because they move more air than their older counterparts.
Now I have an 1987 Chevy R10 pickup with Heat only.
The blower motor I have came out of a 91 Chevy C1500 W/T that had Heat and Air.
The cage on the 91 blower is longer than the one on my R10 blower.
Would I be able to use this blower?
Or Do I need to find a different one?
Because the blower I have currently sucks donkey poo.
