85 GMC k1500 flywheel cover

Got a fitment question

Got an 85 GMC k1500 700r4. Someone replaced the factory trans at some point with a 2wd case that was converted internally to a 4wd. Does the metal flywheel cover fit either type transmission or did the cover change between the 2 and 4wd?

I have the same thing on my truck. The dust covers are different. I believe the 2 wheel drive 700's had a dust shield made of light steel with two bolts/ screws on each side holding it on whereas the 4 wheel 700 case has 3 bolts on each side holding the dust shield on and was constructed of heavy aluminum.
