Im a new member and my first post".I have an 85 c10 and just acquired an 07 Savannah. I want do a complete engine, drivetrain swap. Is it easier to shorten and modify the van frame to drop the pickup body onto the van frame..or swap all components over to the 85? Just wondering if anyone has swapped an ls eng, trans, and rear end.( I'd like to go with the disc brakes). Any thoughts?

I saw this on Youtube a while back. I guy put a a '68 GMC on a 2500HD frame. There are about 12 videos related to his swap. It seems like a lot of work verus a drive train swap.
