73-80 and 81-87 Jack differences

Not sure if this is where I post this but is there a difference in the factory jacks between years? I got one for free from a 78, with brackets handles etc, but the mounting on the passenger inner fender is different than what was on my 84 Sierra. I want the jack just for looks, so I'm hoping it will kind of look original. Can someone please post pics of the 2 styles if there is a difference? The one I got today has 2 J hooks that hold it down. Thanks

I believe there's more than two jack styles. I believe it also was different for 2wd and 4x4 and 1/2 tons might have had a different jack than the heavier trucks? I've honestly never paid that much attention to them.

I know 2 different jack styles and there could be more.
The ones with hook and without hook. My 79 K5 had the one without hook.
The mounting orientation and side on the fenders also changed.
Also different jack instructions for C and K trucks and years.
I found images of decals but not for all years.
