Got these from a very nice guy that I bought doors off..
I dunno how old they are but they had round eyes and I had to have them
He threw them in with the doors!
They’re brown and that doesn’t match the trucks color scheme but what the hell I like em

I've got a set of those in dark red. They came with my '84 C10, I think they are from the late 80's?

I don't think they are factory, I bought a set like these in the early 90's from some auto parts store.

Sweet sweet
I grabbed some doors off an 84 Not sure exactly if and when I’m going to do power to them but I like options and this seemed like a good time to switch doors ( before painting)
Are there any reasons to go
To the newer style vent windows?
Or just rebuild these 84 versions

Drilled the holes in the door / cab for the jamb flex conduit
Going to use the ones from the gmt400 trucks
They’re abundant in the pick n jerk yards
When I get them stuck in there I’ll update pics
I figure if I go mirrors with blinkers or speakers in the door better to do it now

Will a gap in the lock ring cause a leak in the corners (both lower) between the gasket and windshield?

It shouldn't cause any leaks from the gap in the lock strip itself as the gasket is a single piece, It could potentially leak between the window channel and gasket or windshield and gasket but I find it unlikely due to the small area.

Yeah it doesn’t make much sense to me but I was hoping it was flooding into the corners and up through the lowest point
I had a hard downpour here last night
I’ll just order a new gasket
Thanks
