70's engine oil cooler

Does anyone have an original KC4 engine oil cooler from the 70's? I was wandering if there was any bracket or insulator where the hoses pass through the frame cross member on these trucks. I don't remember taking anything off. Also, my radiator support doesn't have the mounting holes and I was wandering what bolts the top brackets mount to originally. Any info or pictures would be greatly appreciated!

My '79 had one, but it was long gone when I acquired the truck. I don't remember there being any remnants, but I'll check and report my findings, lol.

There’s a metal loop that both hoses pass through. I’ve never seen one with any kind of insulating material on one.

Does that loop bolt to the cross member between the engine and radiator support? I know the 80's models have that bracket, didn't know about the 70's

Yeah, it bolts to the crossmember. I don’t know exactly what year my parts came off of but it was a 70’s Blazer with a 400.

I thought I had all of the pieces but I’m missing one. This is the loop that actually holds the hoses so they don’t rub the crossmember, it has a light rubber coating on it. There’s a small 90* bracket that this bolts to but I don’t have it.

Great info, thanks! I found that clip and I think I found the angle bracket. Do you possibly remember if the cooler bolted directly to the underside of the radiator support top panel? The brackets are to short to go from the top panel to the bottom of the radiator support. But I know I took this cooler off my 76. I think I may be missing something

There are 2 “C” shape brackets that bolt to the upper horizontal panel of the core support then the cooler hangs from them. On the bottom there’s a bent flat bracket that goes from the bottom of the cooler to the lower channel of the core support.
