700R4 Noise - any thoughts?

My 88 suburban has made this noise as long as I have owned it. I only hear it in reverse or drive at parking speeds. Video of noise linked below.

The shifts you hear in the video are P>R>N>D>N>R>P. You can hear the noise when in reverse. I would describe it as somewhere between a rattle and a buzz.

Any ideas on what it might be? Car has always driven and shifted fine despite the noise.

Mine does it too, almost like a gurgle/growl? Low rpm as well, the lower the rpm the louder it is. Reverse is loudest and low speeds, no throttle/light throttle. I believe line pressure is highest in reverse.

To the best of my knowledge I believe it's a noisy pump. Does it way worse if the fluid level is even slightly overfull. 60,000+ miles still truckin. Just leave it alone!
