i disconected the ground cable gona let it sit for a little bit and go try it again. maybe it needs to reset.

Whatever servo switches your transfer case is most likely shot. I would start chasin wires with a volt meter.

In the IT world when someone has an issue a lot of times we'll just let it go for a few days and then go back to it and it'll a lot of times fix itself :lol: Go have a beer and grill some hamburgers then come back later tonight or tomorrow :D If it doesn't work then just go grab your BFH and small the crap out of your new switch :laughing1:

wow this is not the info i figured i would get, one guy says to cut a hole in the floor and another says to take a hammer to it if it dont work lol. thanks alot guys.

Sorry man...I think you're going down the right path disconnecting the ground and letting it "reset". If that doesn't work then I think Iman may be right with having to start chasing wires at that point.

well i let it set for about 30 minutes and now it showing that its in 4 low and it wont go into anything else.

Can you hear it trying to engage or anything?

This is probably a stupid question on my part but I'm assuming that the tranny is in park or neutral when you're trying to use the switch?

yeah its in park. and no its not trying to engage when you push one of the other buttons the light just flashes for a little bit and then it goes off
