there is a port in the throttle body that is for the iac. i have noticed when it is flooding it is sucking alot of air down that port. when i was messing with the tps i stuck my finger down in the port and cut alot of the air off and it seemed to smooth out alot. when i start it cold you can always hear that air getting sucked into that port and when the engine stops flooding the air sound stops.

Thats the Idle air control valve passage, and its wide open.
I noticed everything was pig rich at the end of this log too. What is the part number on that throttle body?
And, did I have you do the minimum Idle air setting yet, I dont recall?

Go to downloads from the right side toolbar, then tunerpro applications. the first one should be all you need.

Sorry Don, not trying to hijack the thread. :sorry:

Unzip the log to your desktop, and then use the "eject" looking button up top to select the filemfrom your desktop, then play.

Don,
warm the engine up to operating temp.
At your diagnostic connector, Jump The A and B terminals like you are going to pull codes. turn on the key and wait 30 seconds, pull the plug on your Idle Air Control valve.
Turn key off, take jumper out. Plug in your computer to use as the tachometer, start the engine, and adjust the idle screw that the throttle rests against the throttle linkage until you get 500rpm +/-25, then shut it off. plug the IAC back in. disconnect the battery for 15 seconds, re connect, then start the engine. You can also re adjust the TPS voltage with the data on the computer if you need to, .56 is ok.
Go ahead and do another log, try to get some driving in, and get the engine nice and hot so I can check the other sensors. Your vacuum on this log got down to 8" hg....somethings fishy.
I wont give up on ya though!
Do you recall the part number on your cam so I can look up the specs?
and what headers are you running...sorry if I asked before. Headers have been causing issues lately too, especially if they are not shortys, and the one wire o2 sensor is retained.
