Ok now I think my battery is finally taking a ****. It's a red top but, I bet it's pretty old. Po had it in there. I've had it for 5 years and only pit a couple thousand miles on him. Did hook up trickle charger but, I think it's done.

Thought the alternative bad but, tested it and it's over 14v at idle but, when you Rev it and let off the voltage goes down to 12 then dies.

Tried to die at stoplight on the way home. The ac fan slows as I get up in rmps under load. Reving it while in driveway ac fan doesn't slow. I cleaned the ground and greased it. So battery looks like it. What yall think?

Been kinda sluggish until 2500 or 3000 rmp too. That's when ac fan slows to nothing. Then let up and back to full speed.

Well, I got the new blinkers in today. It was a bitch to get them out! Had to run get a screw because that one rusted out and broke. It took me probably 1 and a half hours but, it was a bitch wrestling them out. I'm glad it's over and done.

So I took him out for a ride on the back roads. It was fun. Need to drive it more.

Got the new alt put in and now charges much better.

Also have a buyer for it. Selling it's always a good idea until time to part with comes. Lol

Still have it for a few more weeks while they get the cash together tho. Time to drive the sh!t out of it. Lol

When my friends ask if I'm willing to sell anything yet, after I give them the usual "no", I've often said "and if I was, I wouldn't sell it to you anyways" lol. I'd rather sell it to some stranger in another town or state so I didn't have to see it again.

Main reason I'm selling to them is gave me what I wanted and don't have to deal with stupid people asking dumb questions that were answered in the post. Low ballers wanting to give you half of asking price. Had it listed at 10k and some a$$hole asked if I'd take 6k. Fvk you! Is what I told him. Then he calls me boomer and it just hoes south from there. One guy asked if it ran. Really? I went off on him too then took it down.

This was when it was free. Don't wanna pay for that bs now. Lol
