1986 Jimmy headlights

Ok so all my running lights, tail lights and gauge lights come on fine. My problem is my headlight won't work, high and low beams and I have replaced the light switch, replaced every fuse in my truck and I have no clue where to go next

Check your grounds-there's one on each side of the core support for them.

Okay my grounds are all good and tight

Its not the fusible link - because the tail/courtesy lights are fed by the same link.

Drop the headlight switch from the dash (leave the harness connector plugged in) and check for power on the red lead.

If that is there, pull the switch all the way out and check for power on the yellow (goes to the dimmer switch).

If there is power on the yellow, it is probably the dimmer switch.
