    I put some 2” drop spindles in my truck and the lower control arms are now about 2” from the ground. They have scraped on rough road. I was of the impression that the spindles wouldn’t have dropped the control arms that much. Anyone had the same issues?

    I'm after a little bit of information on where to connect my PCV valve, should I connect it to the base plate of the carby, or should it be connected to the air filter base plate? Pros & Cons for each? I'm running an edelbrock EPS manifold and Edelbrock 600cfm Carby on a 350 Chev.

    Well It looks like it is valve guides, the leak down test didn't show up any issues, which was good. I'lll be taking the heads to a machine shop come Monday and get the expert opinion from them.

    I had a look under the truck tonight and the shock absorber is only moving about an inch and a half with a lot of free travel either way still left on the shaft, so there's no weight in the back of the truck.

    The axle isn't hitting the frame, I'm not putting any weight in the back of the truck, it's just a sunday driver. I'm looking into a new set of springs for the front, I'll have to pull the front end apart to try and work out what spindles are in it.
