I'm after a little bit of information on where to connect my PCV valve, should I connect it to the base plate of the carby, or should it be connected to the air filter base plate?
Pros & Cons for each?
I'm running an edelbrock EPS manifold and Edelbrock 600cfm Carby on a 350 Chev.

Its a closed circuit.

A stock system has a connection from the passenger side valve cover to the inside of the air filter housing. This is where filtered air is pulled into the engine. The air is then pulled out of the engine through the PCV valve in the drivers side valve cover and into the large port on the front of the quadrajet. The Edelbrock carb has the same large port dead center on the front of the carb as the stock quadrajet.

Most people are using an aftermarket air cleaner with no provision for filter air out to the passenger valve cover. This is corrected by inserting a push-in filter directly onto the valve cover.
