    I could take care of it if you were in Houston. But if it helps, you need to cut 14" out of the frame in FRONT of the front spring hanger, and cut 4" out of the back of the frame. When you make your cuts, do NOT cut straight down the frame, cut at angle in 2 spots of each side of the frame...

    Any mig can weld alum. and stainless steel. The trick is you have to have the right gas and a spool gun for alum.

    VSS Has 2 wires that run to the dash, Well in your case your going to need to hook them up to a DRAC Module then to the speedometer. Anyhow the VSS has a High reference and a Low Reference. Some place on here there is instructions on how to wire up a Drac module.
