You can just break files into pieces. I have 2 Bambu P1S printers and a Bambu H2D, but nothing fancy is required for this.

For this, as a mock up, I just super glue it together, it's not a functional or structural piece.

In real life time, it'll take about a week, probably 40 or so hours. Beauty of a 3d printer is, that it works when I'm not there, so it doesn't take much of my personal time at all.
How do you like the H2D, I have a K2 Plus because I just couldn't justify the H2D price at the time.

I do a lot of engineering filaments, PPS, PA6, PA12. Not too many "prosumer" printers that will run them out of the box, it does very good at it with the AMS HT dryers.

I'm even able to embed TPU, in the engineering filaments, this is TPU/PA6 CF

Replaced bumper. Stripped paint with citristrip, then 10 coats of VHT epoxy. Cleaned stainless bolts and put new antiseize on them during install.

We'll see how well the VHT lasts with me standing on the bumper to work on it. If it doesn't, I'll go heavy duty implement paint.

wow I actually got an opinion outta the wife on the bumper. She hates this truck with a passion cuz I have so much in it. Her name for it is "that F'n truck". She said it would look better with the chrome bumpers. As soon as I told her how much chrome bumpers would be......she just walked away lol. I'll tactfully use that comment in the future as needed for other stuff.

Got tail lights, bumper and bed pulled off the CUCV and got the service bed pulled around to start taking measurements for making the mounts and possibly relocating fuel tank to a blazer tank.

Since I now desire the metering rods to activate a little bit earlier on my carb, yesterday I removed the 'orange' 5" step up springs that were in the Edelbrock 1405 from the factory and replaced them with the 'pink' 7" springs from the calibration kit. Now there is instant response instead of the slight hesitation while at cruise and needing to accelerate.
