I’ve been looking everywhere and can’t find this crossmember for sale anywhere. I have to assume 99% of parts trucks it would look about the same as mine. Anyone know if anyone makes this?

I'm unaware of any being repopped. Burbs tend not to get the same love as pickups and K5's. Sectioning down some pickup bed crossmembers might be the easiest solution.

Or find someone out west that is parting one out and is also willing to ship.

I could be mistaken, but I seem to remember reading the pick up crossmembers wouldn’t work for some reason. I just had a lightbulb idea about getting some square tubing and drilling holes for the body mounts. Don’t really see why that wouldn’t work.

That’s probably what I would do too

They won't work as-is. That's why I said to section them. Slice them down the length of both sides, overlap the sides to reduce the height, then plug weld it all back together.

The square tube will work, but only comes in 1/4" increments. It would also be more difficult to weld to the floor pan.

This is the best option, even if it's labor intensive. It'll have the best end result

Maybe one day, a repop company will offer a Burb rear floor, supports, inner and outer wheel housings. Hopefully.

Oh yeah, and the correct rear rocker panels too
