    Blower motor? Or someting else?

    maybe the fan is hitting against the housing when you hit a bump.. could be lose, as pervious posted pointed out only a few screws hold it together.. Or your blower motor is just tired and it's time for a new one.

    I think that fuel gauge is out of a 87 .. not sure who or how it got into your 83 gauge cluster.. maybe p/0 had to swap it out? two reasons I think its a 87 gauge A. my father bought a brand new chevy 2wd suburban had that style with the circles and I just got another gauge cluster yesterday...

    ok Thanks for the help.. Id believe I'm jumping main power in to the fan when I get fan to run. on the relay if I prob the main power wire its got power, but the other wire off the relay the one that hooks up too the fan power out to fan from relay* is dead. hope that helps explain what I got...
