    a slight bend to your rims can cause a vibration, but hopefully the guys who mounted/balanced your new tires paid attention and checked to wobble or ocsillation when spinning the tires., But other than that try some shims between the axle pad and the leaf spring to lessen the angle

    That would be the point of having the TC lock up vacuum switch in place, when vacuum drops as you step deeper into the gas pedal, vacuum pulls the switch open, unlocking the torque convertor

    1ST is a ported vacuum switch, part of emissions system, often deleted. 2nd pic I believe is a vacuum port for distributor, as some quadrajets apparently did not have vacuum ports, but I have never seen one of those in person. someone will chime in to offer another possible function.

    The radiator will "pre-cool" the ATF to 190f-210f, then will pass through the auxillary cooler, further bringing down temp. All coolers are gvwr rated, and in AZ, or towing, it wouldn't hurt to go large on cooler size. I run a 11"X12" stacked fin cooler, and have never had a problem running...
