It may be something about the northwest but I’m on a Chevelle forum and someone made a comment about Corvette guys and holy ****! You’d have thought his mother was disparaged somehow. He wanted the thread shut down! Some other guy from that area jumped in and thought labeling people needed to stop. I don’t think those guys ever met one of the corvette “custodians”.

I don’t think he was saying anything about the OPs location. Was just saying “beating a thread” isn’t that uncommon depending on the views of the responders and the statements made. For example, plenty of people here weren’t too happy about the obvious misspelling of the word “brakes”
