There's a Dodge 3/4 Ton near me, I recently went and scoured the yard near my house, I saw a 70's dodge, like the single headlight style, it had a dana front and rear axle.
Am I correct in assuming it'd be a 60 front and rear?

I didn't get a chance to really look it over, because they were about to close.

I ask because I know the guys up there would let me have the front alone for 2-300$ and probably the set for 500.

And while I'm aware the dodge d60 isn't the more desired axle, it's still a 60, and people pay stupid money for 60's here.
Like in the 1-1500$ range. If anything, I could Turn a profit.

14 bolts on the covers ? probably then is a 60 series.
My 59 W100 Power wagon has one ton units under it from the factory. :Caffeine:

Like I say, I honestly didn't even get a chance to look it over, I just noticed it was 8 lug, 4x4, and had the signature diff holes in the sides of the housing for a seperator, I wanna go back and check it out

It's been sitting there almost untouched for 4 years.

But so was a D70HD axle I bought from them.
So it's hard to say if it's just gone unnoticed or they don't want to sell it.

I would think surely Someone has noticed it by now?

Edit: anything 3/4 or 1 ton gets pillaged and raped the minute it hits the yard.

Could be a 44 or a 60. The easiest thing is to look for ball joints or kingpin caps. The 44 used ball joints.

This Truck was a 1980 by the way, and I'm pretty sure it's a 44 front, 60 rear.
