I recently saw an ad on CL where a person was selling a new set of reproduction rails. I don't know where they purchased them, but they looked just like factory rails.

CL will probably be your best option.
I have the original ones for my 87 but keeping them.

Search for beds or trucks as a whole. I see the rails every now and then still attached.

ok I gotta ask what's bed rails? Just the top of the bed sides? stepside thing only? The cross sills or supports under it? Or the aftermarket covers for the top of the bed like diamond plate or stainless?

I think geary means top of box side rails. When I related to my
Bed rail stainless above , I should have mentioned that these flat pcs. are installed with double sided tape. No hoLes to be drilled.

I assumed the question was regarding the original GM accessory bed rails. The ones that looked just like the Suburban luggage racks. The extruded aluminum ones with woodgrain inserts.

ah ok see I was thinking bed rails as in top sides of the bed box be it step or fleet and some call the caps the bed rails, as above stainless or diamond plate and tape on or whatever.

I was going to say i wished someone hadn't drilled big like 7/16 or so holes down my top bed rails for a camper or something and pulled the holes upwards too.
