I say Dana 44, and yes, I've seen that hub on a 76 3/4 ton Chev with a NP203 Full Time 4wd married to a Th350. I do believe that is a GM D44 also. I won't swear to it, cuz I've never seen the Ford early ps drop axle, but the U-bolt right there just to the right of the pumpkin suggests to me its an OEM GM Diff.

I have had several dana 44 chevy 8 lug front ends with that hub style. It's the early model spline hub for full time 4wd.If you change the spline hub to the later model you can run the newer style locking hubs and the bearings and spindles are the same.
I converted mine to the later style hubs just because I had them , but I think you can still buy locking hubs that just bolt on to the studs of that full time hub. That full time hub is just a piece of steel that has bolt holes with splines for the axle in the middle.
Those old hubs are kind of cool because you can put the locking hubs on and carry a full time hub with you and if you ever blow a locking hub you can just bolt the full time hub on and you are good to go.
